Investigative Pathology and Toxicology describes the de-risking and mechanistic elucidation of toxicities, supporting early safety decisions in the pharmaceutical industry. One major goal of Investigative Toxicology is improving preclinical decisions, which coincides with the concept of animal safety testing.

VetPath Consultants is Dr. Meschter’s consulting pathology practice in which she evaluates GLP and nonGLP toxicology studies as well as research and efficacy studies. Dr. Meschter also provides consultation on clinical pathology interpretation.

GOOD LABORATORY PRACTICE
Our GLP is monitored by an independent Quality Assurance (QA) unit, separate to the study of work conducted. It reports directly to study or laboratory management. The QA unit ensures GLP is followed prior, during and after the execution of all studies and laboratory testing.
